Meet Mandy from Eat Well & Exercise

Mandy started off her fitness journey as a member here at Kings and is now qualified as nutrition coach and personal trainer.

‘I am a qualified nutrition coach, personal trainer and fitness instructor. I am also a psychologist by background. My passions are kettlebells, indoor cycling, and teaching core strength plus I enjoy a vegetarian diet. I believe that you don’t need much equipment to create your own workout space at home and make a real difference to how you feel and look. As someone with congenital heart disease, I want to help others overcome challenges and enjoy life to the full.’

‘With my nutrition coaching, I seek to dispel myths and ensure that you don’t fall foul of fads and yo-yo diets, instead taking what works, helping you achieve a sustainable way of eating and exercise that is right for you. You’ll develop a proper understanding of food and be able to make good choices that promote long term health. As an exercise instructor and personal trainer, I focus on functional fitness, helping you discover exercise that you enjoy – whether that’s the gym, classes at your local leisure centre, a sport, home workouts or 1-1 PT with me. You will feel challenged but supported and see real differences in your fitness.’
