Mini medics course 2020

saturday 15th february, 09:00-12:00. ages 7-11

This course is a 3 hour introduction to first aid for children. The course will be a combination between practical and work book based learning. Each child will go home with a certificate, workbook, colouring in sheet and syringe pen.

Children will cover topics including:

  • CPR
  • Recovery Position
  • Choking
  • Asthma
  • Bleeds
  • Shock

The cost of the course is £30. Please call reception to book your space!


Swimming crash course 2020

Monday 17th -Friday 21st february, 12:00 – 14:00

Give your child a little boost with our Half Term Swimming Lesson crash course, achieving learning outcomes quickly! Call reception to book a space on these courses today.

  • 12:00 – 12:30, Monday – Friday, Stage 1 only swimming lessons
  • 12:30 – 13:00, Monday – Friday, Stage 2 & 3 swimming lessons
  • 13:00 – 13:30, Monday – Friday, Stage 4 & 5 swimming lessons
  • 13:30 – 14:00, Monday – Friday, Stage 6 & 7 swimming lessons

Gymnastics

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 16:00-19:00, ages 4+

Our Gymnastics sessions have been a regular Junior Activity at Kings Fitness for many years. Join Coach Fran and follow the British Amateur Gymnastics Association by earning badges and certificates. We offer classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced children.

Street Cheer

Friday, 16:15 – 17:00, ages 4-7 (term time)
friday, 18:00 – 19:00, ages 8+ (term time

Street Cheer at Kings is an exciting blend of Break Dancing and Street Cheer! The session, with our instructor, Bekki, is suitable for both boys and girls. The group is social, and the team of dancers have taken part in dance competitions in the past!

contemporary dance

friday, 17:00 – 18:00, ages 9+ (term time)

Our Contemporary Dance class at Kings Fitness is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. The class, ran by Bekki, is suitable for boys and girls.

Multi Skills

Monday, 16:00 – 17:00 (4-8); 17:00 – 18:00 (9-12)
Saturday, 09:00 – 10:00 (4-8); 10:00 – 11:00 (9-12)

In activities designed to develop motor skills, what better way to find out what your child enjoys. From Activities such as Dodgeball, Racquets, Football and many more. Our Multi skill session or Sports Club aim to give children a taste of a wide range of sports!

For Pay as you play-ers, the cost is £4 a session! As a member of the Sports Academy, and aged between 4 – 12, you have unlimited access to these sessions.
