Synrgy 360 is a new system for personal training and group fitness classes. Synrgy 360 can facilitate TRX training harnesses, a punch bag, stretch bands, monkey bars, VIPR, medicine balls, kettlebells and plyometric areas.
This includes functional fitness, strength training, exercise and weight loss, personal training, core training, group training, boot camp and sport specific training.
YOUTH TRAINING ZONE (£4.00 AGES 13–15 YEARS OLD PAY AS YOU GO)
The Youth Training Zone is aimed at encouraging teenagers between 13–15 years to become more active. The session is supervised by one of our gym level 2 fitness instructors. Participants are restricted to using equipment and weights that are suitable for their age. Places are limited so please pre book to each weekly session. A full induction must be completed once the participant reaches 16 and can use the gym independently.

Synrgy 360 is a new system for personal training and group fitness classes. Synrgy 360 can facilitate TRX training harnesses, a punch bag, stretch bands, monkey bars, vipr, medicine balls, kettlebells and plyometric areas.
This includes functional fitness,
strength training, exercise and weight loss, personal training, core training, group training, boot camp and sport specific training.
Start your fitness journey by choosing between a 1 hour full induction with a personal programme for £25; or a 20 minute induction for £15. Both of which are lead by a qualified gym instructor.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, illness or you have been advised to increase your activity levels, we want to create an environment where you feel happy, safe and part of a group! Whatever your age, condition or story; we want to be there for you every step of your fitness journey. Attend an appointment and get a programme tailored to your needs.
Our scheme works in partnership with local GP surgeries. It is open to anyone who might have some medical complaint that would benefit from physical activity. Visit you local GP and ask for information about the scheme. If your GP considers you to be a suitable candidate, or you’re unsure, you will either be given paperwork; or you can simply phone us to book an appointment with our coordinator.

A class designed to tone & shape the areas we all want to improve. The class will include some cardio, floor work & sweating!
Interconnected movements with a breathing pattern, integrating mind & body. We have an advanced Pilates class for those who have been to the general class and want a little extra push!
A fantastic way to increase functional strength & fitness. A gym based circuit class with new & improved equipment to squeeze the most out of your muscles.
A drop in class that develops flexibility, strength & stamina through practice asanas (poses).

• Please inform the instructor of any medical conditions you may have.
• Classes operate on a first come first serve basis. Please ensure you register at reception otherwise your space could be given to those on a waiting list.
• Classes can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance (Gold members); if you know you are not coming to a class please cancel in advance, otherwise your advanced booking privileges could be removed.
It is our aim to provide safe, effective & enjoyable classes with professional Instruction. All Kings instructors are appropriately qualified & experienced. Classes are continually assessed.
