Launching a 2 week Online Fitness Class Timetable During Lockdown!

For 2 weeks, starting on Monday 16th November & ending on Friday 27th November, Kings Fitness have collaborated with the hugely popular Robyn Edwards, LES MILLS UK presenter and a fantastic Freestyle Coach! Robyn will bring you 12 live streamed classes!

The collaboration will allow Kings Fitness members to participate in her Online Classes. Robyn usually teaches 4 classes a week at Kings, and during Lockdown whilst she cant be with you in person, is streaming her very own Fitness Class Timetable from her lovely lounge! All you need is the Zoom App/website!

The 12 Live Streams that King’s members will have access to, will allow Robyn, using zoom (in real time) to correct technique and challenge you, improving strength, endurance, mobility and movement patterns in a variety of classes. This adds unrivalled variety and a personable option to our Lockdown provision, at no additional cost.

The classes are available to all Current Gold, Sports Academy (16+) and Silver Kings Fitness Members. Yes, that’s Silver members too! You will not be charged any additional fee for these sessions, it is another thank you from us at Kings for your loyalty. Before starting the class, your name will be checked with a member of the team to ensure you are a member. All others who are Non-Kings-Members, wishing to attend are of course more than welcome, you will be asked to pay £4 a session via Paypal, direct to Robyn!
