SWIMMING AT KINGS
Enjoy a swim in our 25m indoor heated pool with wonderful panoramic views. This modern pool is equipped for a wide range of aquatic activities including Public and Lane Swimming, Family Fun, Inflatable Madness, Swimming Lessons, 1-1 Lessons, Birthday Parties, Rookie Lifeguard Courses and Kingfisher Swimming Club. We pride ourselves on supreme water quality and maintain our water temperature at a comfortable 30 degrees centigrade.

Lifeguard Courses
RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification + Automated External Defibrillator (NPLQ + AED)
The RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is the most awarded lifeguard qualification in the UK and Ireland. The NPLQ is an excellent starting point for anyone looking for a career in the leisure industry, or just to gain life skills such as CPR and First Aid. The qualification is recognised around the world, leading to potential work and travel opportunities.
Sauna & Steam
Kings Fitness & Leisure offers a sauna, steam room and showers for you to enjoy – relax tired and aching muscles and rejuvenate your body and mind.
The centre is a mixed use facility (minimum age 16). Swimwear must be worn at all times.
Coffee @ the Hub Active
Whether your grabbing a post-workout coffee, watching the children swim, meeting a friend or simply taking a moment to recharge, Coffee @ the Hub Active will be ready and waiting for you at Kings Fitness & Leisure.
With brand new seating, increased power sockets for remote working and an enhanced menu, we are excited, that with a community focus Coffee @ the Hub Active will be partnering with Kings Fitness & Leisure, both with a shared commitment to wellbeing and helping people live active, healthy lives
