The Super Sprint: Swim 400m, Bike 10km, Run 2.5km
The Sprint: Swim 750m, Bike 20km, Run 5km
The Olympic: Swim 1.5km, Bike 40km, Run 10km
The Half Ironman: Swim 1.9km, Bike 90km, Run 21.1km
The Full Ironman: Swim 3.8km, Bike 180km, Run 42.2km
According to British Triathlon, there has been a 191% increase in Triathlon England, Triathlon Scotland and Welsh Triathlon members since 2009. Its a sport on the up, and you can get involved in Cheddar!
At Kings Fitness, we welcome West County Triathletes every Monday evening, 21:00 – 22:00, to join Coach Adrian and the gang where the focus is the swim! The group is fun, social, and is for all abilities. Maybe you want to improve your swim, complete your first triathlon, complete your 100th Triathlon or have a great team support network in an activity you enjoy!
