We are really proud of everyone involved in the Netball set up here at Kings! In a sport that has seen its participation significantly grow in the last year, the trend is clear for everyone to see at Kings!
The Juniors (8-13) play on a Wednesday afternoon 16:00-17:00! We have over 20 juniors joining in, learning new skills!
We help the Kings of Wessex PE department run a Netball session on a Wednesday lunchtime for years 9-11, and the fixtures the Kings of Wessex play has shown some amazing results!
Our Sports Academy 6th Form squad play in the college leagues on a Wednesday afternoon. The girls are pictured after their most recent victory against Millfield 3rd Team! Thanks to our coach and Head of Netball, there are some fantastic club links in place for further participation!
Back to Netball takes place on a Thursday night, 19:00-20:00; for all those adults who have played Netball in the past, and want to get back into it!
Also, we have held a UK CC Level 1 Netball coaching course at Kings back in November 2019! Netball’s on the up! Join the revolution!
