Kings Fitness and Leisure reserves the right to refuse entry to any person if it suspects abuse of this offer or otherwise in its reasonable discretion.
Use of a free guest pass is subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire and acceptance of the Leisure Centre Rules (available at the Leisure Centre).
Guest passes are limited to 1 free guest pass per household for a 12 month period. If this allocation is exceeded we have the right to refuse any free guest pass entry.
All guest passes must be used within 14 days of registration. If the guest pass allows access for a longer period, the first day the guest pass is used must be within 14 days of registering for the original pass.
The free guest pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
King Fitness and Leisure reserves the right to withdraw the free guest pass offer at any time without notice.
Redemption of a free guest pass shall mean that Eligible Persons will be deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Kings Fitness and Leisure’s decisions.
This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Kings Fitness and Leisure is not liable for the reproduction of this offer or indirect access via third party websites.
