To apply for membership, please complete an application form and where necessary a direct debit form.

- Hand in the completed form(s) at reception or by return of post to: Customer Services, Kings Fitness & Leisure, Station Road, Cheddar, Somerset, BS27 3AH.
- An initial payment will be required before your direct debit commences.
- We accept the following means of payment: Cash, Cards & Cheque.
All of the above mentioned forms are also available from Reception.
- Membership is 3 months. Anyone cancelling their card within this period will be liable for the outstanding monthly payments. Outstanding payments must be paid in one single transaction.
- Entrance is only permitted with a valid Kings Fitness & Leisure membership card. The card can only be used to access facilities for the subscription purchased. Replacement cards will incur a £2 fee.
- The card remains the property of Kings Fitness & Leisure and will become invalid if it has been defaced, or if any condition of use expressed or implied has been breached.
- The non payment of Direct Debit will automatically render your membership as invalid.
- Please inform the centre if any of your personal details change.
- Your photograph will be taken on application of membership and will be stored on the Kings Fitness & Leisure Database.
- If your membership lapses you will be deleted from our database after 12 months.
- No refunds are given on memberships.
- Normal rules and regulations of the Centre will apply.
- Kings Fitness & Leisure reserve the right to amend or cancel any of its activity programmes at any time. No compensation will be given.
- Concession rates apply Proof of eligibility will be required every 6 months unless over 60.
- Couple members must live at the same address to qualify for a couples membership (Proof of address required).
- Student membership applies to anyone in full time education.
- All new members must pay a joining fee and complete an induction (if applicable).
- Kings Fitness & Leisure require 28 days notice for cancellation of all memberships.
- It is the customer's responsibility to contact their bank in order to cancel the Direct Debit, when ending a membership.
- Direct Debit payments will be collected monthly until you advise us in writing of your intention to cancel. You will receive written notification to acknowledge and confirm cancellation.
- Please make every effort to advise the Centre if not attending a session. This will allow other customers to utilise the space. Members who do not attend booked sessions without 24 hours prior notice will be charged the current cost of the missed activity.
