Fitness Suite

With 18 cardiovascular machines, 12 resistance machines and an extensive range of free weights you will quickly be able to achieve your fitness goals. Our highly qualified fitness team will devise a fitness programme adapted to you as an individual to keep you motivated and on target.

All Fitness Suite users must complete an induction with one of our qualified Instructors before using the Fitness Suite. A tailored exercise programme will be included as part of this induction. Experienced users can ask for a mini induction which will be less in depth and exclude the programme.

GP Referral Scheme

You can obtain a referral form from your GP, physiotherapist or practise nurse. Once you have joined the scheme you will be given a tailor made program to suit your specific needs. Our aim is to help you gain and maintain a good quality of life, whether you have a small complaint or serious illness. The scheme will help you feel better about yourself and give you a sense of achievement.
