Youth Training Zone (Ages 13 - 16)
The Youth Training Zone is a pilot scheme aimed at encouraging teenagers to become more active. The trial session will take place every Saturday and will be supervised by one of our qualified fitness instructors. Participants will be fully inducted and restricted to using equipment and weights suitable for their age. Places are limited, so please pre book prior to each weekly session (first session on Saturday, 7th January 2012.)
